We loved staying at this well appointed apartment on beautiful leafy street in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Very stylishly decorated with a comfy living room and sofa just below street level at the front of the house, a great well appointed kitchen, and a quiet bedroom at the back that opens to an outdoor space. All of the fittings felt like you were staying in a five star hotel - automated blinds, a Toto toilet- the finishings of the bathroom and kitchen were particularly stylish. This place was the perfect mix between home and luxury, would absolutely stay again. Dominic was a pleasure to deal with also, very responsive.

The space was exceptionally well renovated, and the street is quiet and beautiful while being close to everything I wanted to walk to in DC. Most of all Dominic was extremely helpful and accommodating.

What an incredible place to stay! Gorgeous kitchen, romantic rooms, and a luxurious bathroom. Only a couple blocks from the White House itself, a dozen museums, and tons of local restaurants. While there is no dedicated parking, we never once struggled to find street parking on the same block. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here next time we come to DC. Loved it!

The property was immaculate and luxurious while also feeling cozy and comfortable. It included every amenity you would need and want. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for a late night walk and has several options for food near by! Dominic was a pleasure to work with and helped our first DC trip be a memorable one.

This was just as described and much more. It was a nice, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. The space was lovely, and oh so comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay here on our return to D.C. And you could walk to most everything you would need during your stay, as well as walking to the capitol and other beautiful office buildings in our nation's capitol. I was always able to receive a quick response from Dominic, if I had any questions or needs, during my stay.
